An activation fee of $5.00 will be charged for all new accounts. The Activation fee covers telephone support for initial connectivity. Support will be terminated when it is determined by a Systems Plus Internet employee that the customer has connected to the Internet. This fee does not include training for any software, or computer system.
In order to reactivate an account, we must receive payment in advance before turning on the account unless other arrangements are made upon sign-up. If payment is not received by the due date, your account will be terminated and subject to a $5.00 reactivation charge. If your account becomes past due, you will be subject to late fees. A minimum of $5.00 per unpaid invoice per month will be charged to your account.
Billing and Cancellation Policy:
Unlimited Access:Systems Plus Internet, Inc. (SPII.NET) makes service available to both residential and business customers. It is our policy to provide the best service possible with the stipulation of unlimited service. The term "Unlimited access" means a user may access Internet functions (Mail, WWW, FTP, Etc.) And is not charged time-on-line. "Unlimited Access" does not mean a user can be on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. On-line time must be reasonable and Systems Plus Internet, Inc. reserves the right to define what is reasonable. IF you think you will be online daily for an average of 4-8 hr/day, you may need a sub-dedicated or dedicated access account. Regardless, Systems Plus Internet, Inc. reserves the rights to question or restrict access to those accounts that abuse their account, or making their accounts available for group or public use. Also, Systems Plus Internet, Inc. reserves he right to restrict or disconnect any user on-line at anytime for unspecified reasons. If our logs show multiple logins from the same ID, you will be charged your regular rate times the number of multiple logons during the same time.
Credit Card - Systems Plus Internet, Inc. will charge your credit card five days prior to your due date. Billing will continue each billing cycle without exception until the subscriber cancels his/her account IN WRITING, or sent via email, prior to the next billing period. Check/Money Order - All cancellations must be received IN WRITING, or sent via email, prior to the end of the billing cycle. Refunds will not be given once payment has been received.
Discontinuation Policy: Customers will be retained online until their pay period ends; absolutely no refunds will be given. If you have chosen the three-month payment option, please keep in mind that no refunds are given and that you are obligated for that time frame. It is your responsibility to notify us that you no longer need your account.
Subscribers of Systems Plus Internet, Inc. must be at least 18 years of age. An adult must supervise any user less than 18 years of age.
The Purchaser of a Systems Plus Internet, Inc. Subscription assumes all responsibility for any information received through the Internet by the User.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. reserves the right to disable or terminate access to a customer's account if the customer fails to abide with the terms and conditions in this Service Level Agreement.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. is in no way responsible for software given to the customer, (internet browsing software/internet configuration software). Although any such software has been tested on company computers, it does not guarantee that it will work with the customerís computer.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. is in no way responsible for any data stored on any system, including WEB PAGES, and E-Mail.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. is in no way responsible for your computer, telephone lines, and modem, any software, software configuration, Firewall hardware, or firewall software.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. Offers Support for common configuration errors at our web site www.spii.net .Support beyond what is offered at our web site may be considered computer, hardware, or software support, and will be billed at our current labor rates
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. is in no way responsible for the inability of the user to operate his/her computer or Internet software.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. reserves the right to make any appropriate modifications regarding accessibility to any existing executables.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any party for any reason.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. attempts to make the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for routine maintenance. The schedule of routine maintenance will be normally be preformed after peak hours. Every effort will be made to schedule routine maintenance during non-peak hours.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. assumes no responsibility for loss of income, or loss of sales due to outages or disabled accounts.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. assumes no responsibility for delays or problems that result from third party vendors and/or local or long distance telephone carriers.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. reserves the right to change existing dial-up practices or conventions, as expansion and new technology deem necessary.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. reserves the right to publish additions and/or corrections to this policy.
If you are dissatisfied with the Service or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Systems Plus Internet, Inc., your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.
Customers will not send spam or bulk unsolicited email: On the 1st offence the customer will be warned, on the second offence the customer account will be terminated.
Customer will not run an email server, web server, ftp server, or any other type of server: On the 1st offence the customer will be warned, on the second offence the customer account will be terminated.
Customers must supply for their computer: Current up to date Antivirus, Ad ware, and Spy ware Software. If a computer at your location is found to be spreading viruses, ad ware, or spy ware, your account will be terminated until the problem is remedied, if the problem persists your account will be terminated permanently.
The Sharing of internet accounts is considered theft. On the 1st offence the customer will be warned, on the second offence the customer account will be terminated.
Rental Equipment will be returned to Systems Plus Internet, Inc if service is discontinued, If equipment is not returned within two weeks, the retail value of the equipment will be charged to your account.
Systems Plus Internet, Inc. will charge a $5.00 Late fee to all unpaid wireless accounts per month per invoice.
Wireless Customers requiring on site service after installation will be charged the current hourly rate per visit.
Pier to Pier software (Napster, Kazza, WinMX etc) is blocked from our system, and is not available to users.
